PSIM not launching up after AltairOne Login was succesfull -

Question

Hello World, 
i got a 14 day try license for PSIM, but im not able to launch it.
The License set up menu is sown below

but after clicking OK, the following error appears:

I also tried to do the same using the altair license utility

but I got the same error message.

Any suggestions about how can i launch PSIM?

Hello,

You filled Zimbabwe as a country when you registered and got delivered a trial license that works from Europe and Africa.
I have corrected your country and re-issued your trial license to work from the Americas.
