Problems with my simulation
Hello, to everyone i´d like to ask somenthing about a simulation that i´m doing, i have three blocks made of Neodimium BMT_N-52, the situation is this, two blocks are right beside each other, the third block is at 200mm down, what i want to simulate is what happen when the trird block is almost near to the others, about 1mm, because i want to know the atraccion force, because i have to located this blocks of magnets insede of a structure and this structure have to resist the stress without considerable deformation.
but i have a problem with this, and i need some help, because i have to run with this because i run out of time, i really appreciate who can give me a hand...i attach the steps that i made in the simulation....
tank you ...

Hello,
You will find attached to this email an example of what you want to do. In my case, I create three blocks, each block I put a material and a mechanical set (the aim is to separate the moving and fixed part). I create three mechanical sets: fixed, moving (translation along one axis) and compressible (the aim is to re-mesh the air around the moving part). In the end I create the infinite box and I put fixed as a mechanical set. With all this modifications I reached to solve the project without any error message.
In your case, you need to create a volume around the moving part and put a compressible as a mechanical sets. Also beware about the unite that use, I mean by this
Hope this will help.
Best regards.

check the geometry for intersections or something wrong or enter into the 3d modeler and correct-check the geometry. Upload the model and I try to solve It.
thank you, i really appreciatte what are you doing for me...thank alot
But when i try to open the file the supervisor screen tells me that this file is (Current FLUX3D project generated by a newer FLUX3D version
impossible to open the project), i have flux 12.3.1 version...But you gave me some ideas and i gonna apply them

Hello, everybody, i´d like to ask something about the recommendation that you gave me a few days ago, if you remenber the simulation it is about the three blocks made of Neodymium BMT_N52, two blocks are fixed and the third one is located about 200mm down, the third block it gonna move along until is near to the others (+- 1 mm).
for made this model i create a 2d sketch, just like explain before in the file attach.I made the regions advised, but when i goint to run the simulation the uotput shows me this message.
'Begin of physical check ...
The parameter H of scenario SCENARIO_1 is defined as geometric parameter whereas it does not modify the geometry.
*** Please, use a I/O parameter to control a scenario parameter describing the physics. ***
End of physical check.
The parameter H of scenario SCENARIO_1 is defined as geometric parameter whereas it does not modify the geometry. *** Please, use a I/O parameter to control a scenario parameter describing the physics. ***Impossible to solve problem'.what i have to do to fix this case. I attach the file this made in 'flux 12.3.1'.
thank you for any kind of suggestion who make me solve this...
