Optimisation to satisfy (individually) multiple load cases

Hi guys

 

I am having problem in setting up multiple load cases for a min. compliance problem. Here I want the structure to independently satisfy the load cases not simultaneously. I have never setup such a problem.

 

Can someone give me a suggestion on how to do it? 

 

I have a component which has to pass multiple different tests to meet its design criteria.

 

It should never have to endure them all at once. Could anyone tell me how I can get Optistruct to create some geometry which satisfies multipleloadcases individually. 

 

 

Any help would be good.

Hi,

 

you need to define separate sub cases (refered to as load stepes in Hypermesh). For each subcase you can define optimization responses, and constrain them as necessary.
