torque load via RBE2 or RBE3???

Hi

I am doing static analysis, using optistruct solver.. type of FE used is HEXA  elements .I want to apply torque load on my model,  am aware that we cannot directly apply torque load on 3D FE, shall i apply torque load using RBE2 or RBE3 ??   plz. suggest me which approach will give realistic result

    I think you can use RBE2 or RBE3 for this load.

    still my doubt is not cleared, Plz suggest me which one will give more realistic value .

    1) torque load via rbe2

                  OR

    2)torques load via rbe3

    Hi @NAGESHA S

     

    Try with RBE3 and make sure you activate all Dofs at dependent node
