How can I get in contact with my Altair account manager to get a server change request form?

We are currently in the process of migrating our Altair license and license manager over to a new server.

    Hello Andrew, 

    open your license file "altair_lic.dat" with a text editor and you will find some useful information at the top, like your Account Manager's contact information, license ID, expire date and more.
