Simsolid 2022 doesn't work (licence issue)

I have simsolid 2020 on my desktop, working fine. I want to update to simsolid 2022 and i get a licence error message (err 16 rejected actively from licence server).

Can you help me please?

    Hello Antoine, 

    the situation you are experiencing is most probably due to not having a v22 license file or not having updated your Altair License Manager to v15.0 when upgrading to v22 license file. 

    Yo will need to get a v22 license file in order to use v2022 applications. If your current license file is still v21, I would recommend getting in touch with your Account Manager to request this upgrade to v22.
