Unable to download software from Altair Student Edition mail links

I am unable to download software from Altair student edition mail link sent to my email. Kindly assist. Thank you

Hi James,

You should be able to download the software using the links on the license email now, we have sent a pdf with links to you too,

There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download (in Google Chrome), in such cases

You should copy (right click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different browser (like edge or firefox) and click go
You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
