Altair License Manager: License error

Hii, I installed 2021 hyperwork student version. When trying to open Hyperwork desktop 2021, getting following license error.

 

 

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAP, HyperWorks, HWHyperMesh
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
Feature not found

Feature: HyperMesh
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
[LOCAL] C:/Program Files/Altair/2021-edu/hwdesktop/../security/altair_lic.dat - (Err: 9) Feature not found

License Path: C:/Program Files/Altair/2021-edu/hwdesktop/../security/altair_lic.dat;C:\Program Files\Altair 1\2021

 

Herewith attaching error txt file.

Can anyone help to solve this error?

    where did you place your license file? you should copy the license file you have received by altair and rename it as altair_lic.dat and place it in the 'secutiry' folder of your installation.
