Hosted HyperWorks License Error (Error Code 1)

Hi there,

The company recently switched from server licenses to the hosted HyperWorks licenses.

As part of this change, we were requested to set two environmental variables and also enter the authorisation code from the Altair website:

ALM_HHWU=T ALM_HHWU_USE_WININET=T

The authorisation code is successfully accepted and the license manager seems to be finding the hosted license, as you can see from the images below (sensitive information omitted):

Upon running HyperMesh, the program opens but freezes immediately for more than 10 minutes, and then I get the following error:

My colleagues have also gone through the same process of changing to the HHWU licenses, however it seems to be working fine for them. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
