Software Version does not match license (Err: 13)

I've recently installed HW 2019. While opening I'm encounterig the License error as show in the attached picture(Err:13) . Kindly help me in this issue.

    Notice from Altair download site:

     

    If you are installing HyperWorks 2019, you must have a version 19.0 license file. 19.0 license file is compatible with HyperWorks 2018 & 2017 as well. Note that Altair License Manager 14.0.2 is required to use network license.
