Which ports should be opened on firewall for Altair One / Altair Concept Engineer (subscription, licensing via Altair's server on internet) to use licenses?

Hello,

Please try this steps in order:

Updated to the latest version of the product you are using. The latest version is always available from the Marketplace.
If your operating sustem is Windows, set the environment variable ALM_HHWU_USE_WININET to 1
Work with your IT to create an exception in your proxy for the traffic going to our servers: https://client.hhwu.altair.com and https://auth.hhwu.altair.com

thank you, latest version has been already installed but which configuration must be done to the proxy? Which ports or adresses must be opened / whitelisted?
