Invalid License - Altair Inspire

I got the altair license for 1 year by winning a design competition. I tried installing and entered my credentials. the license got activated.

After opening it for second time in my same laptop when opening i get a diaalog box to enter credentials again and i entered it says invalid licence.

I checked the forums and i couldn't find any way to resolve this issue. can someone help me to resolve this ?
