Overview
In this example a milling process simulation is performed with Radioss.
A steel material blank is milled with helical tool.
The tool is considered rigid, and for this reason a /RBODY element is associated to all nodes of the tool part.
The failure and deletion of material is reached using the failure model /FAIL/BIQUAD.
As for the process of setting the velocities (the blank translation and the tool rotation) the /PARAMETER option was used to facilitate the values setting.
In order to organize the files, parts mesh were separated in include files, and called in the Master file with the option '#include'.

Model build in HyperWorks 2021.2
Usage/Installation Instructions
It is suggested to run the model with Radioss version 2021.2 or newer

Post process the results with HyperView.
