Fiserv Premier is a best in class core banking system used by many banks in North America. Many banks use Monarch to extract data out of the reports from the core system such as:

SCM User List
Essentially, the FDIC requires that banks monitor user access to the Core banking system, and the report that enables this within premier is the SCM User List report. This report lists an users access to potentially over 70 modules.
