Any Examples of Executing all exports from Workspace File via Command line?

I have read the documents on how to do this but it is all greek to me at this point.

Just looking for an example on how to use command line bat file to execute all the exports on an workspace file.

Anyone have example of this?  Would be greatly appreciated.
