Shall we consider Non linear results before non convergence ?

I am running a Non Linear Analysis.My model converged upto 80% of load....... after it shows error like the solution is not converged.In .H3D shall we consider the results upto 80% of load?This results are valid?

Do you have any other error in the out file? Please also attach out file.In attached screenshot it clearly says ' please verify results as they may be invalid'

Can you try running this in latest version (OptiStruct 2018.0.1)with PARAM, LGDISP, 1
If you are using second order element then please switch to first order element.
