tetramesh
Altair Employeehello everybody, i have to do an aerodynamic simulation of a race car and i ve done the 2d surface mesh of the shell and of the box (there aren t free edges or t junction).
now i ve to do the tetramesh to simulate the fluid domain but it fails all the time and i don t know why..
someone can help me?

I see the section of tail wing is not connected to the box
you can check intersection/penetration to confirm other unconnected positions

during the cfd tetramesh appears an error message about the dimensions of the elements (to small)
the min size of the 2d mesh is 3 but i ve done other simulation with min size 2 and nothing goes wrong
i don t know what i have to do!
hey guy, did you read my comment? i said tail wing is not connected to the box, tetramesh is impossible if they touch each other, it makes height of tetra to be zero, not 2 or 3mm as you thought
