Can HyperMesh export a solid that can then be imported into Inspire?  I have iges data for the surfaces of a part and I have used them to create a solid in HyperMesh.  However when I export the new solid geometry all I'm getting are surfaces when I open the file in Inspire.

    Hi RodneyMunch,

Please let us know what is the version of HyperMesh and sT Inspire you are using?

Can you try to Export to Parasolid and STEP and import the same in Inspire and check what you have in Inspire.

Yes, you can export solids from HM and import into Inspire,

Make sure you do have solids in HyperMesh, do it from tool > count or using 3d topology visualisation  mode or mask browser to see if you have solids at all.

Export All and not just displayed,

Try the other formats as suggested above,
