HyperStudy FluxMotor Error "FmHidenException: System error#12"

Hi,

I don't understand the reason of the following error: "FmHidenException: System error#12". It appears when I try to run a FluxMotor 2021 model from HyperStudy 2021.2. Please take a look to attached documents.

The FluxMotor model works correctly if I run the simulation outside HyperStudy.

When I run the same HyperStudy study in a different workstation, It works correctly.

Best regards,

Riccardo

    Hello Riccardo,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm Diana and will help you with your request.

Would it be possible to share the study archive (*.hstx file) so that I can run it on my side and try to reproduce it?

If you prefer you can post a ticket through the support? I'll take it from there.

    Best regards,

    Diana
