When i try to apply the license key it says the software is version 5 but my license is for version 4

Please check your list of licences. I can now see them for versions 4.0 (for v4.4), 5.0 (for v5.23) and 5.24 (for v5.24). You will need to download a new licence key file for the new version of WPS/Altair SLC

I have a horrible feeling I may have inadvertently caused this problem by asking Altair (@Nico Chart ) why I had licence keys for 4.0, 5.0 and 5.24, but could only see downloads for 4.4.

He said he would contact the web development team to change which download versions I could see, so I could download 5.23 (GA) and 5.24 (EA). This has now been partially resolved for me, so I can now see 5.23 downloads, but not 4.4 downloads. This is effectively what you can now see, and maybe more users have been affected too!

I think the answer to my query was not a general solution, especially if it adversely affects others!!

So @Nico Chart , please can you ask your web development team to fix this properly??
