Gerber File Creation

Hello

I have designed a patch array antenna and I am trying to create a gerber file in order to produce it. However, when I create such, using FEKO export option, I don't see in the created gerber file any data about the patches, holes and other antenna elements.

Attached the antenna FEKO design file and  the created GBR file.

What is the proper way to create gerber files from FEKO for production purposes?

Thanks.

    Hi @Sem z

Gerber export in CADFEKO is better suited to create a single planar layer without thickness. If you export a single face at a time, say the top board outline or the bottom board outline, that should work. To see what I mean, copy/duplicate Face27012 or Face27013 from the Antenna geometry part in your model and once the face has been meshed, select the face and export the selection to Gerber format.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards
