Meshing 3dimensional bodies

Hello,

I created a 3-D shaft and a 3-gear on the spin function (3D).

Then I merged over edges / equivalence both bodies

After creating a fixed and floating bearing at the shaft

and heated the shaft with

200 K, then I wanted to calculate the body with Optisctruct

Strangely, he showed me the followingerror message:

A fatal error has occurred during process

Item # 190 item type Penta

I have meshed all elements as quad4.

Have you an idea what went wrong and how can I solve the problem.

Thanks in advance

Maybe you should check the components and their elements again. There must be a mistake in your components and/or elements. You could have forgotten some kind of faulty element in a component.

    Hi there

you can assemble parts using 1D/rigid RBE to make connection

separate these RBEs into one component without card image is ok
