Define load step for a heat flux

Hello everyone!

When I import a heat flux from the field option (as a .csv), it creates a load collector that is empty. Does anyone know how to relate these elements?

to create the flux i import it in fields->csv->realize->select faces->convection->proximity->realize

From the contour option it seems that it is imported correctly, and the conduction elements are created. I just dont know how to continue and create the thermal load to proceed with the analysis.
