damage law in a 1D element

Hi guys,

My main concern is that I want to use in Optistruct a 1D element that can be damaged (with a bilinear damage law for instance).

I already perform a test with a CBUSH element and PBUSHT option in PBUSH propertie to use a Force vs Deflection law. It works as expected but... The problem is when I load and unload the CBUSH element it always follow the law. For one deflection you have one coresponding force and that's it.

You can find attached the law that I put in a TABLED1 card to work with PBUSH propertie card --> PBUSHT --> KN_LINE

Do you know if it's possible to "really" damage a CBUSH or if there is an other 1D element type that can be damaged ?

Best regards.
