Repilcating ANSYS Body to body springs in Optistruct

In Ansys workbench there is a spring element (Body to Body ) instead of using Ball bearings and i want to replicate the springs in optistruct.Please refer the attachment and help me out.

  Use PBUSH element. See attached user guide.
