Issue while selecting a component

Hello,

I've encountered an issue that's becoming pretty annoying over time. While I'm in a submenu, say choosing components for Auto Contact in the Abaqus interface, I choose a component but then abort the procedure while the component is still highlighted, I can't pick another component or structure when I enter another submenu. A workaround is to pick whatever I need to pick via the picking list on the bottom of the screen, but it's not really a great alternative sometimes. Has anyone encountered the same issue and maybe knows a way to remedy this? I tried re-entering the same submenu and repick/unpick the components, but this does not work. The only way seems to be a new model or a restart of Hypermesh.
