TET OR HEX?

hi there,

I am working on plastic molded components.

the component attached in this post is initially meshed with tet(2 nd order). Now i have been asked to do the same with hex which i feel is almost impossible considering 'there should be no feature lose and quality has to be maintained'

what would you suggest?
