Meshing failed when using mold

Hi all experts, 

I got a problem: When I run without a mold, there is no error. But when I use mold, it said that: Meshing has failed...

So the problem maybe come from the mold. I want to ask for your help...

    Hi Nancy,

    The issue is with the CAD, if you are using default meshing strategy then you need to make sure that the part and the mold components have proper contacts created at the interface. You can try running with smaller mesh size.
    Or try the alternative meshing strategy from Files > Preferences > Inspire Cast Analysis > Meshing strategy. And switch it to Alternative meshing if using 2023 or later builds.
    This helps in providing better interface contacts or try using voxel meshing for solids if alternative meshing fails.
