Meshing Fails when Mesh Quality Index is set to Non-Default Values

When I set the Criteria to the settings below, meshing fails. In Hyperworks 2021, this issue existed with the new buttons and the workaround was to use the old panels (which don't exist anymore on 2022.2). I tried meshing on all the surfaces and on just a single surface, but in either case meshing failed. The surfaces mesh fine when using the default settings.

Just to verify, are you using the Optimized option in the General 2d Meshing

I see the same behavior IF I don't have the min/max size checked.

    With it checked it works

Also the Rebuild tool does seem to work with the min/max checked off (as a workaround if you need).
