Student Edition download patch

I have installed Hyperworks 13, student edition and it is running as intended. My issue is that I would like to do lattice optimization for which I can see I need to install patch 13.0.210 for Hyperworks Solver and I get seem to find where to download it.

It looks like I need a Altair Connect login- Is this the right way?
