Constraints for sum of saved shapes

Is there a way to introduce a design constraint for node movements with shape optimization when there are multiple shapes defined for the same set of nodes?

To be more precise, I want to find an optimum shape for a large set of nodes (that's why shape, not free shape optimization) to minimize the max stress in the area, where a crack is to be removed by 3D-machining. I want to use multiple shapes (like linear, quadratic, cubic,... generated by HyperMorph), but the sum of the node movements should always be inwards to the material (i.e. no added material,  individual shapes could protrude as long the sum of the shapes is inwards at every node).

I have explored the manual a bit, and there seems to be commands like DRESP2 and DEQATN, which look promising, but I don't have any experience on those (and quite little also on optimization). Could someone tell directly, if its not possible or if there is no benefit over free shape -optimization?
