Navigating your purchase and upgrade system is difficult. I have purchased a new annual license for my "Thea for Rhino" software. No download options are presented and no information shows in my Altair One account. Thea render site does not recognize my credentials from altair one. Please advise. Thanks

    Hello Brian,

    All our software can be from our MarketPlace. Please use your Altair One credentials to login there.

    Please also note that Altair One credential and Thea website credentials are different.
