Export Mesh from hypermesh to MCS Adamz

hi my dear

I create 3D mesh in hypermesh.

Now i want export Mesh for use to MCS Adamz software

In MCS Adamz , for Import mesh , it use ' .MNF' Format.

on the other hand , Hypermesh can not export mesh with ' .MNF' Format

Please help me.

To get the MNF files, All posted is refered to 'Tutorial 'OS-1930:'

But I can not find this Tutorial.

can somebody help me to find that
