H3D visualization damaged

I posted a post in Post processing tab but was requested to put in the pre processing.
Could anyone explain me the problem in the structure because of which the damage is happening?

I know the setup works when we use a P14 solid element but why doesn't it work with a thick shell element formulation.
I wish to know where in thick shell formulation did i go wrong.
