If you are referring to the 'bounding box', this is only set in FDTD (time domain solver). CADFEKO will choose an appropriate box automatically but there is an option to set this manually.
In MoM and FEM there is no bounding box but there is a 'boundary condition', i.e. for MoM for PEC surfaces the tangential E-field must be zero, but again, the solvers 'do the math' automatically.
