Defining Boarder Conditons for MoM or FEM

Hello Feko Users,

I am using CADFEKO version 7.

When and how do I need to define boarder conditions of a simulation for MoM, FEM or FDTD?

Is the greens function the only option to make settings related to boarder conditions?

Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Wilson

If you are referring to the 'bounding box', this is only set in FDTD (time domain solver). CADFEKO will choose an appropriate box automatically but there is an option to set this manually.

In MoM and FEM there is no bounding box but there is a 'boundary condition', i.e. for MoM for PEC surfaces the tangential E-field must be zero, but again, the solvers 'do the math' automatically.
