Incremental Radios run problem

Good morning,

After completed the model and run the simulation (With incremental radioss), the dos window opens and running start, after created the second - third image file (.A002- .A003) nothing more happen.

Wath could be the problem?

    1)check the clearance between punch and die.

    it should be more than sheet thickness

    2) check for penetration
