Construction Planes

I am wondering if there is a way to make construction planes override the normal grid in the orthographic views? Its hard to line things up in the perspective view only.

Or is there a better way to work to line an object that I'm trying to retain relative position in a scene up besides just moving the model to line up to the normal grid?

    Hi Joaquin,

    At the moment it is not possible to override the orthographic views. We are aware of this drawback and is on our list for development. I am afraid the construction plane is only workable in the perspective view.
