Volume mesh error

I am facing an unspecified error during volume meshing (TET10 element). I can not find what is the problem, can someone help me, please?

    Not sure, what was the issue at your end. This part volume meshes fine in SimLab v2021. 

    Just make sure you have Preserve surface mesh on 'All surfaces'
