Fatigue analysis timeload step

hi team,

 my requirement is to run fatigue analysis of handle bar with some static load at both ends ,running for 1Lakh cycles and max frequency shall be 25 Hz. I already gonne through the tutorials, am not understanding how & where to use given frequency . what would be my TABFAT values or time load table,

what would life means here, units???
