why CID for CBUSH elements turned on to Zero ?

What is the purpose of this CBUSH element adding in Connections ? ( Please Anyone explain me in terms of technical way and the analysis reason behind it ).

    CID on a CBUSH element defines the reference system for the element, the referenced PBUSH property has stiffness inputs for 6 DOF, so the element needs to know which way is X,Y,Z, if CID is set = 0 it  just means the CBUSH is using the global coordinate system (X,Y,Z are aligned with global X,Y,Z)
