why CID for CBUSH is turned on to Zero

CID on a CBUSH element defines the reference system for the element, the referenced PBUSH property has stiffness inputs for 6 DOF, so the element needs to know which way is X,Y,Z, if CID is set = 0 it just means the CBUSH is using the global coordinate system (X,Y,Z are aligned with global X,Y,Z)
