I'm working on modal analysis and extracted Strain energy through ESE output request.
But here my requirement is to extract only BENDING STRAIN ENERGY, is there any command available to get this output.

Hi Venkatesh,
Bending strain energy output is not available.
If you are looking for Shear strain you can request for STRAIN output in OPTI format to get .strn file.
In this file strain6 and strain7 field will give you Shear strain values.
