Hello everybody,

it is my first time that I want to work with Hypermesh. I am a student and so I have ordered the student version.

My problem is the license file. I have ordered the license file from a wifi network yesterday.

Today I am at my university and I want to use Hypermesh but I have always an error-warning.

I read some topics and I think my problem is the Ethernet ID from the license file. In the license file and the almultil Host id are different numbers...

 

 

 

Can anyone help me? What I should do now?

    Hi Kim,

     

    Please apply for a new license file with the correct Ethernet ID. Do not use the WIFI network ID for the license file.

     

    Login to your Altair Store account and follow the same procedure as you have done before to apply for a new license.
