finding the force before large deformation

I want to determine the force exactly before the model is deformed heavily.
for T=3.2e-3 the model works well
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
but for the next time step large deformation is visible
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
I have used the excel file to read the value regarding the time I see large deformation for t=3.23 E-3 , F is equal to 3370 N. I don't know which value to claim for the force before failure???

Could you share us some more information like what solver or type of analysis you are trying (Implicit or Explicit).
