JOB_NOT_STARTED Virutal Windtunnel

I am new in this forum and i want to ask a specific question to my model.The VWT always show up the error message JOB_NOT_STARTED when I wanted to start the analysis, even though I tried a lot of things to avoid that.
At first let me explain to you what I have already done:
- the acusolve path is set
- I followed the student race car tutorial from altair to make all steps correctly an in the right order.
- the 2D mesh in hypermesh is complete (that means no duplicates, no free edges, the min. and max. angle is correct and the connectivity is right)
- I have increased the time step of the 'run' editor (and variated several parameters there)
- I have calculated the simulation over the university server with 24 CPU cores to make sure that computing power isn't a problem
- as a test I built up a very simple car shape, consisting of two cuboids, to try this one in the VWT. In this model, it works. The VWT needed 13h on my own laptop to go through the analysis, without showing any error message.
After those steps and recherches of fault finding I don't know where I should search for other mistakes. Therefore I hope to get help here.
Maybe someone can tell me what is wrong with my model. I would be very glad about that.
