Can you share an example of an image showing what you are seeking?

For example, I have 2 solids who have multiple interface surfaces. I would like to know how much heat is getting transferred through each interface.

If it's a manageable number of 'interface' surfaces, you could create separate surface outputs (monitors) for each of those, then look at the integrated heat flux values on them with the Plot tool.

Looking at nodal heat flux contours works for external surfaces (where there is no mesh on the other side), but there's really not a good way to do it for internal surfaces - surfaces between different volumes - because there is a surface (or parent volume) dependency, positive for one and negative for the other.
