Access to Script Exchange

The post at this link indicates that 'Registered users can post scripts, request for scripts or even ask questions about the scripts in the script exchange.' However, although I have registered, when I go to https://connect.altair.com/CP/script-list.html, I do not see how I can share scripts I have written. Here is what I see:

Am I just not seeing the button, or am I not actually a registered user?
