Trouble Importing A .prt File From Creo Parametric

Hello,

This is my first time using the Inspire software. I'm attempting to import a generic solid part from Creo into Inspire. My steps are as follows:

1. Click File>Import

2. Select the .prt file of interest and click select.

At this point, when I open the model browser under the View Menu, I can see the .prt file listed, but I cannot see the part onscreen. When I click on 'fit to screen', nothing happens. Can anyone help me out here?

Hello,

Could you please let us know which version of Creo you are trying to import? At the moment Inspire supports Creo files up to Creo 2 M090.

I have the same problem when I want to import a JT file from Teamcenter 10. My Inspire version is 2020.1.1. Appreciated if you help me regarding this issue?
