XML file for SKiiP 23AC12T7V1 IGBT device in PSIM for thermal analysis

Hello, 

 

We are developing a PMSM motor drive and we would like to do some thermal analysis.

Would it be possible to make a .xml for in the PcdEditor of our 6-pack IGBT module SKiiP 23AC12T7V1 from Semikron?

    Yes, you may enter the datasheet values into PSIM's "Device Database Editor" to create a xml file for your device.

    In PSIM, please click "Help" and you will find the tutorial files and video tutorial links.

    For your question, please click "Help >> Video Tutorials >> Overview and Getting Started >> Introduction to the Thermal Module".

    Hello, i added all the datasheet information but when i try to run my simulation, i get this error:

    "Error: The gate resistance in the Eon_Ic test conditions is 0"

    i can't acces the tab "other test conditions" in the PcdEditor
